Bailey's Irish Cream

Description: Baileys is a perfect blend of fresh, high quality Irish dairy cream, the finest spirits, Irish whiskey and a very special recipe with chocolate flavor.

Over 80% of the raw materials and packaging used to make and present Baileys come from the Irish island. The cream is fresh dairy cream, which comes from two dairy suppliers. Whiskey is a triple distilled mixture made with precise specifications and is delivered from The Old Midleton Distillery, Co Cork. The sugar comes from sugar cane and sugar beet. Bailey's distinctive style comes from a unique private recipe with natural cocoa extracts, giving Bailey's special chocolate character and creature.

275 million liters of fresh Irish milk are needed annually to produce the fresh cream used to make Baileys. 40,000 top-bred Irish dairy cows produce Bailey's daily cream while grazing around 1500 selected and approved Irish farms, mainly on the east coast of Ireland. This provides full traceability.

Baileys are used both in different drinks, "on the rocks", as well as in or next to a cup of coffee. Also try pouring Baileys over ice cream!
