Renault Carte Noire V.S.O.P

Description: Renault Carte Noire VSOP has notes of honey, dried fig and orange blossoms as well as a touch of cinnamon and hazelnut. The taste is elegant and harmonious with perfect balance between crystallized fruit, vanilla and light egg yolk flavour. Long, soft and full aftertaste.

Jean Antonin Renault founded Renault Cognac in 1835. Since its foundation, Renault Cognac has been manufactured with respect for the original Charente tradition. After careful selection, the grapes are harvested and the manufactoring begins. The wine is distilled twice and only the heart of the distillate (the best part) is used in the production of Renault's eau de Vie, ripened on wood barrels made from oak wood from the Tronçais forest.

For many years, Renault Carte Noire has been appreciated by connoisseurs of fine cognac as a harmonious blend of the area's three most distinctive cultivation areas. The powerful notes of eau de Vie from Grande and Petite Champagne are complimented by milder notes of carefully stored Fin Bois eau de Vie.
