Description: Arla Karolines Køkken® Mornaysauce 14% fat is a bechamel sauce made on cream tasted with lots of cheese, onions, white pepper and nutmeg. The sauce is originally from France and is used for gratin - vegetables that are grated with mornay sauce are thus called vegetables a la Mornay.
