Christmas on the table
A typical danish Christmas dinner is heavy but o so delicious. Most of the times it includes duck, goose, turkey or roast pork. With on the side white and brown potatoes, cabbage (red, white or green) and brown sauce. It is hard to not overeat with Christmas, but definitely leave some space left for dessert! There is only 1 Christmas dessert in Denmark and that is: Risalamande. This rice pudding is delicious and at the same time a fun game for the whole family.
