Beauvais Pickled Gherkins

Description: We know gherkins as an accompaniment to traditional dishes, but the crispy sweet / sour gherkins from Beauvais also tastes excellent in, for example, wok and tortillas. Beauvais gherkins is harvested and pickled close to the fields. Fresh ash can only be harvested for a short period from August to September, and delivered to the factory immediately after harvesting, where they poured on glass. The crispy gherkins have a mild and slightly sour flavour.
