Description: Thise have played with their classic North Sea cheese, so now it is also in a smoked version. The cheese is made from milk from near the North Sea. When the cheese is produced, it is smoked and stored at Bovbjerg Lighthouse. The combination of the solid cheese and the cold smoke, gives the cheese a faint but very aromatic smoky taste. Stored for a minimum of 30 weeks.
