Description: Kongens Bryg Juleøl Hvidtøl is a dark alcoholic sweet beer brewed on caramel and chocolate malt.
Hvidtøl's colour is derived from the large amounts of münchner, chocolate and caramel malt used for brewing. The taste is sweet because the fermentation is stopped very early. This converts only a small amount of sugar into alcohol while the rest gives the Hvidtøl its sweetness along with the sugar added before the loss.
Traditionally, Kongens Bryg Juleøl Hvidtøl is a perfect match for Danish rice porridge, but also for white bread a white beer can be enjoyed with great pleasure.
