Description: Gelatine powder for jelly, fromage etc. Powdered gelatine gelling agent is made from animal material (pig).
Let the powder soak for a few minutes in cold water. Calculate 1 tbsp. water to 1 tsp. powder.
Warm Dishes: Add the soaked gelatine to the hot liquid with stirring.
Cold Dishes: Melt the soak gelatine in water bath or approx. 20 sec. in microwave. Allow to cool before stirring in the cold liquid.
1 tsp. = 5 ml. gelatine powder corresponds to 2 leaves of isinglass.
