Description: CARL's Special is a spiced and full-bodied bottom-fermented beer, brewed on the basis of the Bavarian tradition. It is dark golden in colour. The aroma has a malty character with a caramel-like and roasted character. The flavour is slightly sweet with a fine balance between bitterness and fullness.

CARL's Special goes well with characterful meat dishes, onion pie, marinated salmon, eggs and bacon, fried herring or medium-spicy dishes from the Asia cuisine.
