Pepticate 1 Milk Formula 0-12 Months

Description: Pepticate® is a highly hydrolyzed, whey-based infant formula for children with cow's milk allergy. Pepticate is nutritionally complete for infants from 0 to 1 year and can be used as a supplement for children over 1 year.

Pepticate has an energy density of 0.67 kcal / ml and is enriched with the long-chain fatty acids DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and AA (arachidonic acid) which are important for the development of brain and visual function. Pepticate is enriched with nucleotides in an amount similar to that found in breast milk. Studies have shown positive effects of nucleotides on the immune system of infants (1, 2). In addition, Pepticate contains a unique blend of prebiotic dietary fiber (GOS / FOS). The mixture consists of galacto and fructooligosaccharides 0.8g / 100ml (90% GOS and 10% FOS). Studies have shown that this mixture has a positive effect on the gut flora (3) and strengthens the natural defense against pathogenic bacteria (4, 5). Contains lactose.

Breast milk is the best nutrition for infants. Pepticate is baby food for special medical purposes and should be used in consultation with a physician.
