Coop Sigtemel

Description: Coop Sigtemel is made from grain that has not been sprayed with straw shortening agents. The flour consists of finely ground wheat kernels and rye kernels. This product can be used alone or mixed with other flours or kernels. It is good for bread, but rises barely as much as bread on wheat flour alone due to the inferior leavening ability of rye flour. Good for breakfast, lunch, sandwiches and much more.
